Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure to complete paperwork, be weighed, and attend the pre-flight safety briefing.

All passengers must present a valid photo ID at check‑in.

Complimentary parking is available at our departure location.

• Photo ID
• Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather on the day.
• Enclosed toe, non-slip footwear is recommended.
• Sunglasses, sunscreen and a cap.
• Camera or phone to take photos of your experience.

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Steps may be required to enter the helicopter. Passengers must be able to safely board and exit the aircraft with minimal assistance.
• Please let us know in advance of any mobility issues or medical conditions so we can accommodate you where possible.

Pregnant passengers in the third trimester should consult their doctor before flying.

Not recommended for passengers with severe motion sickness, heart conditions, recent surgery, or vertigo.

Space is limited; no large bags or bulky items are permitted onboard.

Smoking and alcohol is not permitted on board.

Weight and size limits apply for safety reasons - maximum passenger weight is 130kg.

Please provide current passenger weights when booking, passengers may be weighed as part of the check-in process.

• Flight times and routes may vary due to weather, airspace restrictions, or operational requirements.
• Event tickets, meals, and ground transportation are not included unless stated otherwise.

• In the event of cancellation due to weather or safety concerns, passengers will be offered rescheduling or refunds per our policy.
